Need somebody to review or accept your FamilyID subscription agreement?  Want to print your FamilyID subscription agreement?

Share a FamilyID Subscription Agreement:

When a subscription agreement is in either the "Proposed" or "Accepted" status, you have the option to share your subscription agreement with others.

1. Log in to your FamilyID account and then select the 'Organization' tab at the top of the screen, followed by the 'Subscriptions' menu.

2. Select 'View' on your proposed or accepted subscription.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the subscription agreement and select the blue 'Share' link.

4. When the Share Subscription window appears, enter the information of the person you wish to share the subscription with. Click the '+ADD' button to include additional recipients. Be sure there is a green 'checkmark' in the checkbox to the left of each desired recipient's name. When done, click on the 'Share with Selected' button.

The recipient will receive a link via email allowing them to access the subscription agreement without logging in or creating a FamilyID account.  Once shared, the recipient(s) will select their link and be taken directly to the susbcription.

If the subscription has already been accepted, they will only be able to review and edit their contact and billing info.

If the subscription is proposed and not yet accepted, the recipient may fill out the form, agree to the terms and sign-off on the subscription.

NOTE: An individual subscription agreement may only be 'accepted' once.
