NEW! Logging in to View Reports

When a report viewer is invited to an organization, an email is sent to accept the invitation. The link included in the email expires 4 days after the initial invitation is sent. The link's expiration date/time is referenced in the email. If the link has expired, please reach out to your organization for a new link.

To accept the invitation:

1. Locate the email from your organization and click the link.

 

2. If you already have a FamilyID account, choose 'LOG IN'. If you do not yet have a FamilyID account, choose 'CREATE ACCOUNT'.

 

3. Once logged in, you'll be brought to your 'REPORTS' tab where you will see all the reports you currently have access to.

 

4. To view a particular report, select that report's name.

Note: If you've been authorized to access multiple reports, you'll receive an email for each of those reports. You need to activate a link in any one of these emails to be granted access to all reports to which you have been assigned.

After accepting the invitation you may receive emails with a link to your reports at a set frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) depending on your organization's settings.

To view a report via an emailed link:

1. Locate the email from your organization and click the link.

2. Log in to your FamilyID account.

3. You'll be brought to the report that the email you received referenced.

4. To see all the reports you currently have access to, click the blue 'REPORTS' tab.

Once you've accepted your invitation, you can always go to FamilyID and log in to view any reports you currently have access to.
